A freelance recruiter who has confirmed cooperation with our company receives a personal account of submitted candidates, where he or she can track their status and not worry about missing candidates or paying for them.

RULES FOR SUBMITTING CANDIDATES

PECULIARITIES OF SUBMITTING CANDIDATES

There are certain standards for presenting basic information about candidates for SferSolution jobs. They are needed to speed up the application process and minimize the number of mistakes that will result in a candidate not being successfully recruited or hired.

The basic information that should be known about the candidate includes:

  • First and last name in Latin (as in the passport)
  • Date of birth/age
  • Citizenship
  • A document confirming the legality of staying in Poland
  • When you are ready to start working
  • If the candidate is under 18 years of age, a work permit is required from his/her parents in Poland or his/her legal guardian.

We accept information from freelance recruiters about candidates for our vacancies through a special Google form that is available to freelance recruiters who have formalized their relationship with us and officially cooperate.

REMUNERATION FOR CANDIDATES WHO WORK FROM A FREELANCE
RECRUITER

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

We pay remuneration for employees submitted by freelance recruiters who have worked for a set period of time.

  • Payment is made to the bank card that we provide to freelance recruiters when signing up for cooperation, or to the freelance recruiter’s bank account.
  • Payment is made once a month (once for all freelance recruiters) for those recruited employees who have worked for the specified period.
  • If an employee submitted by a freelance recruiter has not yet completed the required period of service and continues to work, the payment for the candidate will be made in the next payroll month.

We are committed to reliable and long-term cooperation with freelance recruiters, so we take a responsible approach to the accounting of candidates submitted by them.

Our company deals with freelance recruiters in a separate Client Manager, who communicates with each freelance recruiter and supervises the submission of candidates and the payment process on time.
